  • Well Child Checks and vaccines

  • Quick access to your doctor for acute issues

  • Ability to phone, text and email your doctor, directly

  • Home visits for infants two months and under

  • Lactation Services for newborns and mothers

  • Sick Visits

  • Same day/next day appointments

  • Telehealth, including when you are on vacation

  • Sleep Counseling

  • Nutrition Counseling

  • Minimal or no time spent in a waiting room

  • Extended, unhurried appointments (60 minute appointments are normal)

  • School, Sports and Camp physicals

  • A Physician Advocate

  • Coordination of medical care if specialists or care teams needed

  • Management of chronic medical conditions including:

    • Asthma, allergies and eczema

    • ADHD, Anxiety and Depression

    • Autism

Clinic Membership Fees:

  • Children 0 - < 2: $175/month*

  • Children 2 - 6: $125/month

  • Children/Adolescents > 7: $100/month

  • Siblings are $10 off per child/month

  • Maximum charge for any family size: $350/month

*Home visits/Lactation Support included for children < 3 months

Unsure if DPC is the right choice for your family? A Fee-for-Service office visit can be scheduled. If Personalized Pediatrics of Maine is a good fit for your family, then the Fee-for-Service cost automatically rolls over into your membership subscription.

*** There is a six month minimum membership requirement, after which membership can be discontinued at any time with 30 days notice.
